Zachary LaPoint graduated from the University of Vermont with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy after graduating from Saint Michael’s College with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Zach chose to become a physical therapist because of his desire to help people recover from their injuries and regain a higher quality of life. Zach uses a variety of clinical skills and an individualized approach for each patient based on their personal goals and needs in order to restore function and help patients return to the activities they enjoy doing. He has clinical experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurologic conditions, with a special interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
When not in the clinic, Zach enjoys playing soccer, strength training, hiking, playing music, traveling and spending time with his friends and family.
